1. Upgrade of automation for sludge acceptance plant «MURVICA» in Crikvenica



Application description: Complete upgrade of automation for sludge acceptance plant. In inner control enclosure, defected parts have been replaced and needed changes were made for accurate working of the device. Also, damaged flow-meter, pH-meter, and electric actuator for valve have been repaired. Outer identification enclosure was removed and after replacement of all parts, embedding a new type of PLC and new printer, it was mounted in larger polyester enclosure to accomplish higher protection from dust and water.

2. Production of measurement-control system for 3 drainage pump in hydro power station SENJ

Measurement system for pool level has been replaced with modern and compact system which is composed of ultrasound probe, PLC with analog card and visualization panel on which can be displayed: alarm messages, default settings (that can be easily changed) for engaging and disengaging the pumps.

3. Production of pneumatic measurement system for continuous measuring of pump well level

For the needs of continuous measuring of pump well level on CS «Škver» in Rovinj, we have developed and created a reliable measurement system based on change of static pressure in measure probe (plastic pipe). In short, small compressor blows the air into the measure probe which is mounted in the pump well. Compressor is used for two main reasons: constant air duct compensates eventual losses in pipeline and the airflow disables the possibility of blocking the measure probe with wastewater material. The change of liquid level on pressure converter (which is placed in enclosure) converts the pressure into current signal 4-20mA which is used for displaying the level on the textual panel and as a reference value for controlling the pumps.

4. Automation control and counter for « Bungee trampolines »

For the need of work supervision for simple or quadruple trampolines (up to 4 jumpers), we have developed automation through which the owner can control how many times the particular device was in use. Operator must, for every new user, press the key so he can lift the jumper to required height. Time of lifting and landing, as the number of uses, is logged into PLC. Parameters can be easily changed on the display. Code protection is integrated so that only authorized personnel can change settings or reset the counters to 0.

Besides that, we have produced several modules for control simple trampolines, and control modules for counting devices that work without power supply (as e.g. SPINROLLER). The control module is small, compact and has battery power supply, which is very useful in miscellaneous devices.

5. Production of electronic device for polishing the bases of metal dentures

For the needs of dental laboratory, we made electronic device for cleansing metal dentures (Cobalt-Crom alloy), through electrolysis. Electrolyte is purred into puddle, direct regulated current is released between copper electrodes and denture which is placed in the middle. After designated time (which is adjustable) the denture is perfectly cleaned.
