Visor d.o.o. is a company specializing in the development and production of industrial vision systems, with which we have been cooperating for many years. As their partners, we have been manufacturing and supplying control electrical cabinets which are part of the system for automatic optical inspection in the production of cardboard packaging. Inspection systems use multiple industrial cameras and LED sources to perform automatic recording and analysis of product images with the aim of detecting product defects and damage and performing accurate optical measurements of product characteristics and production process parameters - at extremely high operating speeds, in conditions of elevated temperatures and dust.

 

So far, we have produced over 50 cabinets for these systems in various configurations; closed mounting variants along the production line, and open mounting variants in control rooms, which are installed in production plants from Brazil to China and Australia.
